The Senior HRIS Analyst is a position within the HRIS structure to support the Learning Management System (LMS) as well as other systems supported by the HRIS team. The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for assigned areas to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:Applies technical expertise to maintain and support the LMS and related policies and procedures designed to effectively and efficiently obtain, record, and process learner information.Provides end-user LMS support in troubleshooting transaction issues, performing complex data entry transactions, and correcting transactions made in error.Participates in complex projects and initiatives, acting as a subject matter expert for LMS to support innovative system solutions. Combines Human Resource knowledge with LMS functionality expertise to identify, recommend and implement process improvements.Partners with other stakeholders to define, test, and implement local HR system and vendor requirements. Validates complex business requirements with proof-of-concept prototypesSupports the research and implementation of quarterly Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) releases, including presenting recommended options to the business for approvalSupports user acceptance testing of new system functionality and changes made to existing functionality (e.g. new functionality, changes to interfaces, workflows and data loading tools)May be called on to serve as a liaison between IT, internal customers and external vendors to implement and maintain system integrations, ensuring data integrity and completeness.Supports LMS reporting requests while adhering to data protection and privacy practices.Consults with internal customers on standard and ad hoc reporting and analysis requirements and identify data elements requiredSupports data quality via data monitoring that may include developing and executing data quality reports and working with end users to correct data issues.
