  Job Summary We are seeking an IT Site Services Customer Support Intern located at our Wilmington, MA site. As an IT Customer Support Intern, you will collaborate with the WLM IT Site Services team, IT Service Desk and other internal CRL IT departments to produce a wide variety of IT Support deliverables providing exceptional customer service to our RMS & Corporate end-users.  Your insightful contribution and fresh perspective will help develop and expand our initiatives and assist you with acquiring Information Technology Operations & Service Delivery skills and the knowledge of various IT strategies.

The WLM IT Site Services Customer Support Intern will be responsible for:

•PXE Imaging PCs, Asset Management, Decommission legacy IT equipment 

•Assist WLM IT Site Services Team with a wide variety of customer support Incidents & Requests managed in ServiceNow

•Work closely with business stakeholders and vendors to support various Wilmington campus initiatives 

•Other IT tasks as assigned Job Qualifications

The following are minimum requirements related to the WLM IT Site Services Customer Support Intern position.

•Student currently enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program pursuing a BS/BA

•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

•Minimum GPA of 3.0

•Effective attention to detail skills and ability to work in a team environment

•Ability to fulfill a Summer Internship during the May-August 2020 time frame
