The following are responsibilities related to the Research Support Specialist 3:

The position requires extensive rodent handling, biological sample collection, necropsies, data input/management, excellent communication skills and working independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be interested in research, have extensive experience working with rodents, and must maintain performance levels consistent with and according to company standards for the contract at the National Institute on Aging.

The following are minimum qualifications related to the Research Support Specialist 3 position: HS diploma or GED equivalency required. - 1-year experience with research animals + LAT certification OR Bachelor of Science in Animal Science or similar + 3 years of experience working with research animals OR 10-13 years of experience working with research animals.
