Job Summary We are seeking a Project Manager of Client Services, for our Insourcing Solutions client located in California (with locations on the East coast).  This role is 100% remote!

The following are responsibilities related to the Project Manager - Client Services:

Manages key client programs that require complex planning and in-depth analysis to ensure that projects meet client expectations and deadlines.  This is on both the East and West Coat and some International projects as well.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop project plans for routine to moderately complex projects, including project initiation activities, communications, and cost estimates.

• Perform continuous review of projects. Communicate financial impact based on customer plans for strategic planning.

• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external clients, provide project updates and manage project goals/expectations.

• Meet regularly with clients, develop an understanding of their business needs and offer service solutions related to the complexity of the projects being managed.

• Respond to routine to moderately complex customer requests, inquiries and concerns and provide technical assistance.

• Deliver presentations to existing customers.

• Organizes, collects, prepares and distributes information necessary to ensure operational milestones are met

• Update and maintain information systems related to project and client data.

• Train departmental personnel on new or revised Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Provide leadership and motivation to staff. Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in Business or Life Sciences or related discipline.

• Experience: Three to four years related project management experience.

• Other: Ability to multi-task, excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail required. strong oral and written communication skills and knowledge in computer software used for presentations such as MS Visio, MS Project, ERP and MS PowerPoint. Superior problem-solving, troubleshooting skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Ability to manage, mentor and motivate employees.
