Task

•    Plan and perform drug discovery contract research studies

•    Executing bioassays on Hamilton automated platform

•    Data evaluation and interpretation

   o  Summarize data, analyze results and formulate conclusion

•    Prepare study reports in English

•    Integration of automation workflows with lab instrumentation and troubleshooting issues associated with automation

•    Validating and verifying automation methods 

•    Work with other project team members and communicate results with the team Job Qualifications  

Expectation

•    MSc in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Biology, Pharmacy or similar with a minimum 1 year of experience 

•    Good written and oral communication skills in English

•    Accuracy in laboratory work and documentation

•    Capacity for accurately handling complex tasks

•    Good time management skills

•    Analytical thinking and problem-solving skill

•    Mechanical knowledge

•    Ability to learn quickly 

•    Displays high levels of self-motivation, ambition, transparency, and integrity.

•    Enjoys working towards challenging goals in a fast-moving environment

Other

•    Experience in laboratory automation (Hamilton experience desired)

•    Knowledge or working experience in Drug Discovery and Development is a plus
