This role serves as the bridge between customers and the Company, and would need to provide prompt support to the Account Managers and coordinate with internal teams for fulfilment of orders. Based on their knowledge of managing customer orders, should be able to pinpoint risks and opportunities, which can be consolidated into summaries and forecast reports for management. 

Responsibilities :  Support Account Managers in the sales process by issuing quotations Handle incoming calls and enquiries and updating customers about on-going requests in timely manner Acknowledge and monitor open Purchase Orders from customers Consolidate and relay customer orders to fulfilment centres and partner companies Track shipments and coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick delivery of services Receive and unpack incoming shipments, and to pack and coordinate delivery of products to customer sites Work closely with Sales teams and overseas warehouse to forecast customers' orders and ensure smooth delivery within agreed timeframe Manage and update sales trading inventory records, participate in stock-take Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) software including account details, sales history data and profiles of inbound leads Generate monthly/quarterly sales analytics to Account Managers and Managing Director Record management and filing of sales and purchase documents Attends internal sales meeting and discussions where needed Manage inventory to ensure minimum balance of stock is maintained Plan and forecast inventory with warehouse to ensure customer commitments are met Any other duties as requested by direct manager

  Job Qualifications

Qualifications :  Diploma/Bachelor's degree in General Sciences, Life Sciences or any related discipline At least 2 years in a customer service role with inventory management experience  Customer Service skills Data Entry Interpersonal skills Strong memory, meticulous Organizational skills
