We are looking for an Animal Resource Coordinator to join our Toxicology team located in Laval.

Work schedule and salary:    Relocation assistance (if required) Hourly rate: Depending on experience, between 25$/hrs and 29.10$/hrs  Annual bonus based on performance Permanent full-time position – 37.5 hours per week Schedules: Mostly daytime, Monday to Friday, depending on the business needs, you may have to work on evening and on weekend with the possibility of overtime.  Premiums: Evening (2.50$/hrs) and Weekend (2.75$/hrs) . What you will be working on 

You will be called to manage and develop projects involving animals while managing animal health records. You will also have to write, approve and/or modify study plans, manage the schedules related to the activities and do a follow-up regarding the medical treatment. Finally, you will be called to participate in the development of the new procedures 

 

What kind of person are we looking for? 

We are looking for candidates with a technical background in Animal Health or Bio-ecology or with a bachelor’s degree in biology or animal science. The ideal candidate must have good leadership and autonomy, have good ability to manage complex techniques, be a good team player and be able to work with time constraints. Finally, the ideal person must have a good understanding of written English.
