As Manager, Site Contract Leads you will be responsible for managing and overseeing team activities including appropriate resourcing of staff, staff assignments, quality control of project deliverables and timely delivery of project deliverables. Responsible for training, mentoring and allocating team members according to their ability.Responsible for providing technical support to team members to ensure that they have the required knowledge to fulfill their duties.Ensure direct reports meet departmental and project productivity and quality metrics by efficient execution of their project in line with project plan.Manage and develop the team to ensure their performance meets and or exceeds both the business and their own personal goals/objectives.Maintain a working knowledge of, and assure compliance with, applicable ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practices, Regulatory Agency requirements, and Parexel SOPs.Complete routine administrative tasks in a timely manner (e.g. timesheets, metrics, travel expense claims).QualificationsSkillsPossess strong negotiation, diplomacy, team leadership skills and excellent organizational abilityExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to motivate both individuals and a team.Ability to successfully work in a “virtual” team environment Ability to complete tasks in an accurate, timely manner and effectively manage multiple tasksEffective time management in order to meet daily metrics or team objectivesShows commitment to and performs consistently high quality workAbility to identify and address issues proactively in a timely mannerAbility to take initiative, work independently and delegateAccountability for all assigned tasksExcellent computer and internet skills including knowledge of MS- Office products such as Excel, WordEducationBachelors Degree in Life Science, Business or equivalent.
