We are currently looking for an HR Profesional to work remotely in Buenos Aires.

As an HR Generalist, you will beresponsible for the implementation and administration of Parexel's policies and benefits, acting in partnership with the HR Business Partner, HR shared services, and Compensations and benefits.

Also provides administrative and operational support to HR Business Partner, Human Resources Manager/Director/Senior Director.

Participate in compensation & HR projects and initiatives as necessary

Accountability and Supporting activities

Project and Program Management Responsible for developing, administration and maintenance of HR policies and benefits. Support the human resources business partner team in the seamless execution of duties related to Onboarding, Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, and Human Resources Operations Prepare human resources reports, SOPs, Internal Documentation according to HR processes and Systems Support delivery of human resources programs Contribute to country/regional level projects or process improvement initiatives

Labor relations May act as a subject matter expert on key topic areas within the HR Team, providing “technical” direction to team members and functioning as the primary liaison with other outside the team of areas of expertise Provide guidance and support on Labor relations matters. 

Skills: Demonstrates integrity in all business interactions and honors personal commitments Provides support in the identification of client centered solutions aligned with Parexel goals and local legislation Ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities Must be organized and detail-oriented Good written and verbal communication skills (local legal language and English) Manage operational tasks while having the end-to-end (E2E) process in mind Deliver first time quality Experience utilizing HRIS systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Maintain a positive, results oriented work environment, building partnerships and modeling teamwork, communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective manner Participate in formal staff review processes, e.g., performance, policies to corporate standards and timescales

Knowledge and Experience:

3 to 5 years

Education: Bachelor’s Degree, professional Human Resources certification preferred
