Business Manager, Partnership Enablement

Parexel has an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in moving towards an "outside sales" business development career to join our team as a Business Manager, Partnership Enablement.  In this role you will work closely with our Directors and Alliance Managers on partnership accounts in our biotech division.

Key Accountabilities:

o Manages business flow on select Partnership Accounts 

o Enters opportunities in Salesforce on Partnership Accounts 

o Fosters key relationships internally and with customer counterparts 

o Runs Business Analysis reports 

o Supports proposal development, budget development, and contract support 

o Engaged in preparation for quarterly account reviews

o Supports new Preferred Partnership Opportunities, pre and post award 

o Participates in cross-functional proposal processes 

o Analyzes market and competitive intelligence to help create commercial growth strategies 

o Engages with Sales and Delivery teams as needed

o Other team support as needed

Technical

• Competency in MS Office applications

Knowledge and Experience:

• Some experience in an "inside sales" role, business analysis or proposals/contracts 

• A general understanding of clinical research and some experience in clinical research services is preferred

Education:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline desired (life science, business,etc.)

• MBA or an advanced degree in a related discipline is a plus
