Recruitment Coordinator - Credentialing
The Recruitment Coordinator - Credentialing is as an integral part of our Global Talent Acquisition Team. Primarily, this role will be responsible for assessing the background and legitimacy of candidates during the interview process and adjudicating post-offer background check verification results.
The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced matrixed environment and have excellent communication skills.
ResponsibilitiesSupporting our Recruiters in the review/assessment of candidates’ applications/resumes to identify any discrepancies or falsificationsReviews background check verification results to identify any discrepancies or falsificationsProvides results to applicable Recruiter and Team Members and adjudicates all Meets Company Standards recordsConfers with Recruiters and TA Leadership on discrepant results to determine adjudication statusLiaises with HRBP/Legal on matters that cannot be adjudicated by TA LeadershipAssists in analyzing the current Background Check Verification Program and identifies opportunities for operational improvementScopes, defines, and implements policies, processes, and technologies, in collaboration with TA Leadership related to the Background Check Verification ProgramDevelops metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, impact, and opportunitiesParticipates in internal/external audits as requiredTrains new TA Joiners on our Program, including utilization of the technologiesParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications Ability to work autonomously and project manage a task from start to completionAnalytical and critical thinking skills, with demonstrated consistent sound judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify potential problems and provide proactive solutions for management of problemsStrong prioritization skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and assignments appropriatelyMaintains detailed records as requiredSelf-starter with strong Customer Service/Client Focus orientation
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Language Skills
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Minimum Work Experience
• 3+ years of experience within a fast-paced, professional, and progressive environment
