The HR Analyst I provide administrative support to the local and global HR function; gathering, compiling and maintaining HR-related information and preparing various reports and documents.
What will you do:
Deliver first line HR administration support across a range service catalogue questions for the countries supported within the region
Daily accountability for ensuring case management targets are achieved that ensure we support our colleagues in the moments that matter to them
Processes various forms such as HR change forms, performance appraisals, benefit forms, unemployment claims, and other confidential forms and records.
Maintain process maps, resources, manuals and procedures for assigned countries
Ensure administrative compliance with local regulations and authoritiesfor assigned countries supported within the region
Support local HR partners with ad-hoc requests
Accurate and timely vendor invoice review, validation, and approval
Production of HR management information reports and requests
Promoting the HR self service culture
Actively contributing in business/ functional projects with aim of improving our process and the experience for our colleagues
Responsible for the accurate filing and storing of employee data according to the respective data protection requirements
Work across multiple HR platforms including Workday, Service Now and Darwin Benefits systems
Who are we looking for:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Experience with HRMS or related management systems is an advantage
Experience with ServiceNow and Oracle Fusion or other ticketing and HR database platforms (SAP, Workday)
Knowledge of related HR systems and functions is an advantage
Shared service experience
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results
Good written and oral communications skills
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and outside vendors
Basic understanding of Human Resources programs, practices, and regulations/legal requirements
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
