Market Access Operations Manager

We are recruiting for a UK based Operations Manager to support our Market Access team.

The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Access Leadership Team to track and analyze Access specific business operations (including revenue, profitability NBA, and headcount needs) to inform and support the Access Leadership Team’s critical business decisions.

This role with interact with senior staff across the Access business, including project delivery staff, in the gathering and dissemination of the analyses and reporting which will support Access leadership team decisions to drive NBA (new business awards), revenue generation and profitability.

You will have experience in Data flow management and analysis, tracking NBA and revenue and budget. We are also looking for experience in SalesForce, MS Project and ProjectView.

Support Access functions in development of future plans

Support planning and implementation of new systems

Skills:

Strong facility with MS Excel, MS PPT, MS Project and SalesForce

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Excellent analytical skills and ability to learn new systems (e.g. ProjectView, Planisware, PRISMS)

A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments depending on need

Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail

Ability to work with a sense of urgency

Willingness to work in a matrix environment at all levels and to value the importance of teamwork

Additional IT related programming skills (e.g.VBA) desirable

Knowledge and Experience:

2+ years of experience in working in business operations and insights, or equivalent

Education:

BSc in business management or finance or other relevant field
