Key Accountabilities : Responsible for the timely and correct WW billing: including monthly review of Sub ledgers, setting-up and maintaining workflows, unbilled reserve analysis, allowance for doubtful debt analysis and accountingTimely and accurate cash application of client payments as well as the proper accounting for all credit notesResponsibilities include setting-up and maintaining workflows, work instructions and internal controls for the various billing groupTimely collection of open ARCommunicate delays in client payments to business for necessary actionWork with Legal, Project leadership, CDDs, BU Finance, etc in case of overdue balancesDevelop and maintain relationships with internal and external customersPerform other duties as requested by managementService Delivery Values: Deliver measurable impact by leveragingrelationships, industry knowledge and team-based thinking to provide creative solutionsBuild sustainable, differentiated capabilities through proven solutions, deep functional expertise and focused approachDeliver consistent, positive operational results with the best balance of investment and efficiencyRecruit, develop and retain unmatched talent and high-performing teams through continuous learning, honest feedback, rigorous development and disciplined talent managementThe position is expected to handle difficult cases as well as client/PM negotiations and ensure that local legal and tax requirements in all countries are adhered toThis role is critical for ensuring our international billing processes run timely and are of excellent quality while ensure functions operate in a continuous improvement environment focused on scalable growth via process improvement, process automation, and team development/organization.Timely closure of Sub-Ledgers as per Month End Calendar

Knowledge and Experience:15+ years of relevant experience in a Global environment preferably with Medium to large Scale US companies12+ years prior managerial/supervisory experience with a clear track record of career progression and developmentAbility to work in a complex global matrix environment with a mix of functional, business, and geographic leadersTravel as requiredShould have handled end to end Order to Cash processesStrong understanding of Sub-Ledger month-end closeShould have handled analysis of doubtful debt and write offsPrior CRO experience will be preferable

Education:Certified Public Accountant or similar advanced degree in Finance and Accounting
