We look for an  Account Manager (Life sciences research consumables and instruments)

Location: Switzerland, Reinach remote

As an Account Manager you play a vital role in driving sales within our Life sciences research consumables and instruments. Your main accounts are currently in the Zürich area.

Your responsibilities:

  • Sale of life sciences research consumables and instruments
  • Maintain and develop customer relationship on short and long term
  • Achieve sales targets set, both quarterly and annually
  • Go for all existing and develop new sales opportunities within the territory to meet or achieve plan
  • Focus on the strategic development of key accounts by implementing and updating account planning (cross-functions)

Your qualifications:

  • M.A./M.Sc., preferred bachelor’s degree in biology.
  • Experience in sales in the Life Sciences Market
  • General knowledge of assigned product portfolio and/or customer segment required
  • Analytical and business planning skills.
  • Strong capabilities to interface successfully with all customer types.
  • Ability to effectively supply to dedicated team.
  • Demonstrates a positive demeanor and desire to succeed.
  • Exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting to evolving business environment
  • Develops platform, interpersonal and prioritization skills.
  • Digital literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or like programs required
  • Valid driving license
  • Proficiency in English and German, both written and verbal, additional languages are an advantage
