We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialist III (Data Coordinator) to join our Insourcing Solutions team, located in Bethesda, MD.

In the ASDC role, you can do that by providing administrative support to the Vivarium, including data entry, facility access, and census information, all of which contribute towards the integrity of the research.

What you will do!

In the Administrative Support Specialist III (Data Coordinator) role, you will perform all basic administrative functions, as well as use existing SOPs and quality assurance standards to perform census database management; data collection and entry; scheduling scanning; and sending reports. You will serve as the main point of contact for facility access paperwork and correspondence, and you will actively interact with customers to resolve requests, inquiries, and concerns. You will also interact with NIH researchers and staff, and you may be tasked with assisting them as needed. In addition, you may assist with QA; perform loading dock duties; help with animal imports, exports, and transfers; receiving and allocating scrubs; and inventory/ordering. Job Qualifications  

Who are we looking for?

A candidate that possesses a high school diploma or GED required. BS preferred. A minimum two years of administrative experience required; experience in the animal care industry preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for what is listed.
