  Job Summary  

Supervisor - In Vivo Technical – Toxicology

We are looking for a supervisor to join our  Toxicology team located at the Senneville site (West Island of Montreal).

How will you have an impact?

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for engaging, coaching, empowering, developing and recognizing employees in your department. Your success will ensure positive and effective working relationships in partnership with key contributors, while ensuring the welfare or our animals and the health and safety for our employees.

What will you work on?

You will collaborate with your team members to: balance workloads, manage studies activities and make sure of study stability. You will ensure optimal performance of your team's productivity and efficiency while tracking key performance indicators. You will be responsible for the integrity and compliance of our studies and ensure they are aligned with our regulatory agency requirements. You will play a key role to support your team so that they have all the necessary tools to perform their daily tasks. 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates who have 1-3 years of technical experience. The ideal candidate must have good interpersonal skills, be a good listener and have a strategic vision.  They must be able to work in an operational environment that requires good change management and analytical skills.  A good understanding of French and English is essential.
