Responsible for the validation of the customer master data in Salesforce and SAP by researching, maintaining, compiling, and analyzing data to keep the information current and accurate.  Responsible for maintaining the audit controls on customer master data for SOX compliance and quarterly reviews.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Triage ticket requests for customer creation/modification in the ServiceNow ticketing system.

•    Assist in the research, validation and cleansing of the customer master data to ensure our information is accurate and current using both internal and external resources.

•    Manage and maintain the controls for customer master data for SOX compliance.  Prepare and present necessary data at quarterly audit reviews.

•    Perform Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

•    Analyze account data and distribute relevant information to the appropriate people.

•    Assist in preparation and development of analysis of materials for presentations and meetings.

•    Maintain and increase knowledge on all company products and services.

•    Participate in meetings and product trainings as required.

•    Perform all other duties as assigned.

  Job Qualifications  

•    Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A/B.S.) or equivalent in business or related discipline.

•    Experience:  Two to four years related experience.  

•    An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

•    Certification/Licensure:  None.

Other:  Excellent organization and communications skills.  SAP experience preferred.  Salesforce.com experience helpful.  Proficient in the use of standard computer applications (The Microsoft Suite products, pivot tables, spreadsheets, Outlook, e-mail, Microsoft Teams).  Ability to use internet and other search tools for research needs.

•    Regularly provides information to and receive information from/through various technologies, media, sources, and contacts.  Must be able to exchange information accurately and professionally in these situations.

 

Work Environment:

•    Remote working position with option to work on-site if living in the vicinity of main campus.

•    Working hours would be equivalent to 9:00am – 6:00pm PST (West Coast time).  Being located on the West Coast is not required.

Comments:

•    This position may require occasional domestic travel.
