  Job Summary We are looking for an Associate Contracts Manager to join our Insourcing Solutions team, this is a remote position with a home base of Wilmington, MA.

What you will do!

In the Associate Contracts Mgr. role you will prepare Services Agreements / Amendments for the CRADL and OnDemand segments of the IS business for submission to Clients, based on provided templates and space availability information as provided by Business Operations management and site Operational teams. In addition, maintain and update these documents and ensure their upload to appropriate Teams site. You will collaborate with Legal and Operational teams to review Client's revisions to Agreements / Amendments and update documents accordingly for resubmission to Clients. You will assist with tracking and management of renewal dates of Services Agreements and follow up with Clients as needed, as well as entry and maintenance of Salesforce records.

 

In this role you will maintain metrics/KPIs associated with Services Agreements and Amendment turnaround times. Regularly review templates when preparing Services Agreements / Amendments and provide feedback to Business Operations management about areas for revision / improvement based on Client comments, feedback, and revisions; in addition to providing regular reporting and communicating important proposal and business issues. Represent the Insourcing Solutions Division at client meetings as well as support business development, sales, and marketing efforts as needed. Who are we looking for? A candidate that possesses a bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in life science, business administration, or related field. One to three (1 - 3) years' experience in business administration or proposal development required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

 

Note: The pay range for this position is $ 74,900-82,800. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
