Manager, Clinical Operations (FSP)

Position Purpose:

Responsible for the direct oversight, performance management, and skills development of Parexel FSP) staff assigned to the Sponsor deployed to a given geographic and/or therapeutic area.

Skills and Education:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree; focus on biological science or equivalent preferred.

Minimum 5 years of clinical operations research experience gained within Pharma, CRO, or Biotech.

Experience directly managing CRAs.

Direct site management experience (monitoring) experience preferred.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.

Strong leadership and negotiation skills as well as excellent influencing and training/ mentoring skills.
