Program manage the initial release of the patient services (healthcloud) implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Patient Services Program & Experience in launch atmosphere
  • Excellent communication, presentation and written skills
  • Proficient with MS Project and PowerPoint
  • Jira Knowledge is desired, but not mandatory
  • The resource must have 8-10 years of Program/Project Management with complex, IT data driven initiatives
  • The resource must have at least 5 years of Portfolio and Vendor Management
  • The resource must have an understanding and experience depth in all aspects of the project life cycle:  planning, execution and operational aspects.  SaaS knowledge and experience is mandatory.
  • The resource should have experience with Global initiatives and working with Global counterparts in support of the project life cycle.
  • The resource should have experience with projects requiring validation, as well as, understand industry privacy security mandates
  • Life sciences, commercial background is desired, but not mandatory
