The Technology & Data Solutions (TDS) business unit is the Syneos Health accelerator for life sciences innovation. TDS houses our advanced technology acquisitions, homegrown products & applications, actively participates in new M&A and partnership activities, delivers critical insights as part of our integrated strategy for customers and drives enterprise-wide adoption and change management for innovative tech & data solutions. In this role, we are seeking a Project Coordinator with 1 – 3 years of relevant experience. The candidate will assist in managing project data, including gathering, reporting and analyzing to keep all projects on track and aligned with budgets. To succeed in this role, the candidate should have excellent time management and communication skills, as they will work closely with internal teams, both onshore and offshore, to deliver high quality results. The candidate will need to be comfortable with working on tight deadlines to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget.

Job Responsibilities

·Attend, participate in, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes and action items for both internal and external meetings. Follow up with team members on action items to closure.

·Drafts confidential reports, memoranda, correspondence and agendas, using own initiative to answer routine inquiries.Prepares materials in final form from very rough or involved drafts, which may utilize frequent use of technical terminology and statistical data, including charts and graphs as necessary.May combine material from several sources.Maintains updated departmental organizational charts.

·Maintain timely and effective communication among team members to drive successful initiatives for our customers.

·Provide administrative support to Manager and/or designees

·Conduct special projects based on manager discretion

·Ensure all project documents are archived based on the appropriate guidelines and policy.

·Communicates with all levels of personnel inside and outside the company to gather and convey information pertaining to leadership and responsibilities.Refers routine matters to appropriate parties for action and follows up to ensure proper disposition.

·Build relationships with internal and external partners.

Nice to have:

·Experience working in a Pharmaceutical / Health related field.


Qualification Requirements 

·Degree (BS/BA) in any related field.

·Zero to two (0-2) years of experience. 

·Strong organizational skills.

·Ability to manage time and work independently.

·High proficiency with full MS Office Applications.

·Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade.
