Site Intelligence Analyst I

Program PAREXEL Surveys and process investigative site lists in support of site intelligence,feasibility and site selection. Provide operational support for Site Intelligence Data Assets andSystems.

Program Parexel Surveys:

• Provide expertise on survey structure and content to achieve desired results.

Process investigative site lists

• Review site lists to ensure investigator compliance and data completeness.
• Conduct investigator due diligence including regulatory, licensure and FCPA checks.
• Provide expertise on risk associated with compliance issues.
• Contributes to Sponsor Override process.
• Monitor change requests.
• Analyze reports to identify records needing cleaning to maintain data integrity.

Support maintenance of data assets

• Analyze reports to identify records needing cleaning to maintain data integrity.
• Execute and QC necessary data imports from external and internal systems as needed and verify record change requests.
• Clean Investigator Database and communicate with Clinical Operations as needed.
• Review, format and enter Investigator information into Investigator management platform and help raise Service Desk Tickets when issues arise.
• Maintain appropriate investigator compliance and data protection records.

Other

• Provide training and troubleshooting as well as best practices to internal customers
• Ensure work adheres to applicable regulatory and legal requirements and Parexel Standard Operating
• Procedures
• Maintain a positive, results oriented work environment, building partnerships and modeling teamwork, communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective manner
