Below are the positions we will be recruiting for at this event:

Clinical Research Associate

• Comprehensive training program that provides resources and knowledge to monitor sites independently
• Travel to non-local, national study sites 60-80% of the time
• Communicate with medical staff and clinical research physicians on site

Regulatory Submissions Coordinator

• Perform quality checks on submission documents and site essential documents
• Prepare and approve informed consent forms
• Serve as a Sponsor point of contact for start-up and regulatory submissions item

Associate Clinical Trial Manager

• Management of project timeline and all project deliverables
• Responsible for leading internal project team members
• Postdoctoral Research or Healthcare researchexperience required

MBL Scientist - Small/Large Molecule (Cincinnati)

• Draft study protocols/plans, acquisition methods, and study reports
• Supervise all phases of bioassays to support pre-clinical and clinical pharmacokinetics, PD Biomarkers
• PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field; or Master degree with at least 5 years related industry experience

Feasibility Coordinator (Cincinnati)

• Strategize methodological plans for optimized study execution and performance
• Perform extensive research to make informed country and site selections

Feasibility Analyst (Cincinnati)

• Strategize methodological plans for optimized study execution and performance
• Query data to inform study design, create & customize data visualizations

Proposal Writer (Cincinnati)

• Manage proposal development process for new business
• Strategize content across science, finance, and operations

• Pursuing a PhD or completing Post Doctoral research in life science related field (GPA 3.0 and above);
• Stable work history;
• Currently based in the United States and comfortable working primarily office-based in Cincinnati, OH or Dallas, TX
