Description

Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of various project deliverables aligned to project scope, timeline, project plans, and launch activities. The PM will be the point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders in managing approvals, and all project elements. The PM will be a subject matter expert regarding new project activations and driving meetings by developing agendas, tracking action items, and managing project risk.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling, attendance and preparation for leading/co-leading and covering 
    • Weekly Base Team status meetings 
    • Monthly Core Team Planning meetings 
    • Quarterly Strategic Partner / Extended Launch Team meetings 
  • Agenda development, drafting and sharing of meeting minutes, actions and decisions; and follow through of action item(s) to closure 
  • Creation and maintenance of slides and timeline visuals, etc. for each meeting and coordinate with other partners/agencies to obtain presentation slides ahead of time for each relevant meeting 
  • Maintain team and project information in a central location (TBD)
  • Build strong relationships across functions within Syneos and Customer
  • Occasional business travel – (Amount TBD)
  • Customer specific PM related functions as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years business experience required
  • Working knowledge of Project Management concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – PowerPoint, Visio, Excel utilized
  • Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or CSO experience a plus
  • Experience working with SharePoint and/or O365 SharePoint Online project is a plus

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $115,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
