Site Intelligence Analyst Intern

Site Intelligence analyst role is there to help in data management of Parexel data assets. This involves a lot of data cleaning and analysis of different data sources. Good patience understanding of the data is needed in this as this.

Help Parexel data management in support of site intelligence, feasibility and site selection. Provide operational support for Site Intelligence Data Assets and systems.

Process investigative site lists

• Review site lists to ensure data completeness.
• Monitor change requests.
• Analyze reports to identify records needing cleaning to maintain data integrity.

Support maintenance of data assets

• Analyze reports to identify records needing cleaning to maintain data integrity.
• Execute and QC necessary data imports from external and internal systems as needed and verify record change requests.
• Clean Investigator Database and communicate with Clinical Operations as needed.
• Review, format and enter Investigator information into Investigator management platform and help raise Service Desk Tickets when issues arise.
• Maintain appropriate investigator compliance and data protection records.

Other

• Provide training and troubleshooting as well as best practices to internal customers
• Ensure work adheres to applicable regulatory and legal requirements and Parexel Standard Operating
• Procedures
