Role:  DCT Project Manager

Location:  Mexico, Brazil, Colombia

• As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.•  Lead the planning and implementation of cross-functional Decentralized Clinical Trial project(s).• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables• Define project tasks and resource requirements.• Develop full-scale cross-functional project plans.• Assemble and coordinate project staff• Manage project budget• Plan and schedule project timelines• Develop and Manage Risk Mitigation Strategies for projects• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools• Provide direction and support to project team• Quality assurance• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs• Project evaluations and assessment of results

• Stay abreast of industry changes, including regulatory guidance pertaining to DCTs and new technology/vendor offerings to support DCTs.  

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in science, business, medicine or equivalent degree

• Project Management or equivalent (PMI certification) is desirable

• Experience managing projects with Decentralized Clinical Trial elements is preferred

• At least 1 year PM experience within clinical research and study operations

• Experience in working on a wide range of therapeutic indications; Late Phase experience preferred 

• Comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP

• Strength in communication, planning, decision-making, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills

• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
