The Associate, Solutions and Account Management Director, CTSL will be a recognized professional in the clinical supplies, ancillary supplies and/ or laboratory logistics with experience in the design, operational conduct, successful delivery of solutions globally, and skills in relationship development and management. The Associate, Solutions and Account Management Director, works with both biotech and enterprise clients from pre-award through post-award in the creative design, operational conduct and successful delivery of global CTSL solutions. They also work in partnership with operational and commercial teams to optimize new business awards though the development of creative, cost-effective and high-quality competitive strategies and business solutions which differentiate Parexel as a premier clinical supplies, ancillary supplies and /or laboratory logistics provider.  S/he will work closely with the commercial team and CTSL leadership to identify key accounts that would benefit from continued engagement from the Associate, Solutions and Account Management Director to support further account growth. S/he would support those accounts with potential for significant growth post award, by supporting the operational team and the client to ensure a smooth project implementation and the offering of strategic solutions which maximize the program’s operational and fiscal delivery. The role serves as the point of contact for issue escalation, governance and ongoing client relationship management for assigned accounts. The Associate Director demonstrates expertise and confidence in the services offered by Parexel, supports delivery excellence and mentors project leads.

Knowledge and Experience:• Multiple years of experience in a Life Science industry; the more Senior the role, the more years of experience will be required.• Experience in strategic drug development planning or significant involvement in planning clinical, technical or operational strategies

Education:• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
