Manages and oversees project team members (CRAs, CMAs, CTSs, FSP Manager other as appropriate) within a region or across multiple regions, to ensure the FSP deliverables are met.

The FSP Senior Manager is responsible for the oversight of a team of high-level individual contributors or a group of Managers. This includes ensuring successful delivery of FSP project deliverables, on time with high quality. The Senior Manager is responsible to FSP projects suitably developed professionals and to retain and develop these professionals within PAREXEL. The FSP Senior Manager may also be part of a project team and be responsible for successful delivery of FSP project deliverables, on time with high quality. The FSP Senior Manager is responsible to promote new business by participating in project bids and client presentations as appropriate. The FSP Senior Manager is responsible to provide expertise and consultation to the teams. The FSP Senior Manager is an experienced leader capable of working independently, under supervision of the FSP Associate Director, FSP Director or FSP Senior Director.Qualifications· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

· Able to travel as per project demands to perform co-visits, cover for CRAs/CMAs/CTSs/other team members' absence, or address required tasks as needed
