The role being recruited is Salesforce Implementation Project Management who has Business Analyst experience as part of the Operational Excellence and CRM Delivery of the IQVIA Orchestrated Customer Engagement (OCE) platform, to support IQVIA managed Contract Sales & Medical Solutions (CSMS) projects managed on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Develop & Drive a detailed project plan to monitor progress and impediments, including leading weekly status updates
  • Meet with decision makers, operational leads and clients to determine business requirements, data and reporting needs
  • Establish and direct project scope and objectives, involving all relevant partners and stakeholders ensuring feasibility and alignment
  • Manage resource availability and utilization for all assigned projects, to ensure control and project efficiencies are maintained
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and business requirements adhering to internal change management processes
  • Own the project risk identification and mitigation process
  • Collaborate with project team members, clients, management, and partners throughout the project delivery life-cycle
  • Drive and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, to scope and within budget
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with company policies and delivery best practices
  • Work to discover, develop and share best practices to drive ongoing engagement and adoption
  • Develop detailed business & functional requirements, including use cases, user stories to drive project delivery & Contribute to acceptance testing and end user training delivery as required

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager
  • Previous Business Analysis experience an advantage
  • Proven demonstrable experience in delivering SFDC Projects
  • Previous experience developing requirements for CRM (SFDC) projects and implementation
  • Knowledge of Pharma or Commercial Sales Organization a major advantage
  • Team player, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented
  • Technical understanding and the ability to learn
  • Time management, ability to multi-task managing multiple, overlapping projects
  • Ability to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working within a global workforce and co-located team
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
