Role Purpose:

  • Builds and leads the strategy, development and delivery of training offerings in alignment with T&L and company objectives.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Set and build a T&L strategy, based on qualitative and quantitive data from internal and external sources linked to the T&L future proofing agenda
  • Execute and lead the evolution of curricula to support the strategy
  • Provides internal consulting to management and Human Resource partners
  • Creates an environment that encourages continuous learning and enhances and communicates organizational change
  • Selects and manages relationship with the business and vendors to deliver training that supplements internal training expertise.
  • Develops processes to identify training requirements to drive business change
  • Collaborate with and influences the T&L team and wider stakeholders to understand common business challenges, facilitate resolutions and connects the dots across T&L and the business
  • Proactively manages and stretches an annual budget and proactively plans future budget requests to meet new initiatives
  • Able to work in an agile manner to accommodate changing priorities within the role

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related field.
  • 8 or more years of related experience in Talent, Learning, or adjacent fields
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to positively influence, guide and partner with team members, HR and the business
  • Have a strategic mindset, with strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Self-starter able to find out of the box solutions and execute on them
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to identify priorities and connect dots
  • Ability to manage resources and multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and within deadlines
  • Creative and curious with a future focused and agile mindset
