The following are responsibilities related to theSr Accountant: Perform quarterly analysis of global balance sheets and various operating and non-operating expenses Assist in managing and preparing non-GAAP reporting and policies Support with the accounting and reporting for the Company’s judgmental areas centralized with Corporate Accounting. Examples include investments, pensions, contingent consideration, non-controlling interests, intangible assets, cash flows. Assist with preparation ofthe SEC Filings (e.g., Form 10-K, 10-Q), and other financial presentations as needed Assist with journal entry and reconciliation review processes Analyze complex financial data and extract relevant information Assist with the implementation and design of accounting policies and processes Ensure accounting policies are being followed Support accounting integration of acquisitions as needed Support the quarterly reviews and annual audit processes (internal and external) Assist with SOX controls, execution and documentation Knowledge and experience with accounting in multiple currencies Strong written and oral communications skills Able to conduct efficient team meetings and cross functional meetings Additional duties as required The following are the Minimum Requirements for the Sr. Accounting position: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) or equivalent in Accounting or related discipline. Minimum three (3) years of related accounting experience. GAAP and non-GAAP reporting experience. Advanced experience in Excel spreadsheet. Good communications skills. The following are preferred qualifications related to the Sr. Accountant position: Bachelor's in Accounting. SAP and BPC experience a plus. SEC filing experience. Multiple currency/foreign entity consolidation experience. CPA preferred.
