The Account Analyst position is responsible for maintaining monthly close system to ensure data integrity and compliance.Assist with monthly G/L closing and balance sheet account reconciliation

The following are responsibilities related to theAccounting Analystposition Prepare and post payroll entries for US and Canada and other journal entries as required. Prepare monthly payroll reporting and respond inquiries in a timely manner. Audit master data between SuccessFactors (HR system) and ADP WFN (Payroll System). Prepare and distribute weekly cash reporting. Weekly review/release of expense reports for payment using Concur. Prepare monthly AR Allowance and other balance sheet reconciliations as required. Prepare certain Sarbanes-Oxley controls. Maintain Shared Services narratives in conjunction with Control Owners using AuditBoard. Provide internal and external auditors with requested documentation. Provide support for monthly intercompany netting; using Co-Process, and month-end balancing as required. Provide support to Indirect Tax function (using Vertex/VIM) as required. Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Performs other related duties and/or participate in special projects as required.

The following areminimum requirementsrelated to theAccounting Analystposition: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) or equivalent in Accounting or related discipline and 0-2 years related experience and /or training.An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Moderate-Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Excel Experience in General Accounting

The following arepreferred qualificationsrelated to theAccounting Analystposition: Experience with SAP Able to work independently
