Sr Business Systems Analyst - Data Modeling

Qualifications
Experience in data modeling, especially relational data modeling
Strong experience in all phases of the SDLC
Experience with eliciting and documenting technical requirements using Agile methodology
Exposure to working in a version control environment, preferably Git
Experience using basic statistics to describe data
Experience in data mapping
Experience with health data standards, especially FHIR, preferred
Experience with human subjects research
Experience in a client facing role

Responsibilities
Effectively communicate with all members of the delivery team including analysts, developers, designers, QA testers, and project leadership
Effectively communicate with client stakeholders
Produce documentation supporting development activities
Develop and maintain expertise in key industry competency areas including HL7 FHIR, PCORnet and OMOP common data models, and related technologies
Accurate task, deliverable and time tracking in enterprise systems
