You will learn the Clinical monitoring profession: Directly supporting Senior CRAs Learning the key CRA activities: filing, how to review the essential documents, how to follow up with sites, solving queries, preparing and performing all types of visits

 Education/Qualifications:

BSc or BA degree in a biological or related life science, BioMedical Sciences or nursing qualification. Experience:

Minimum Required:

 1 years experience in clinical research

 Thorough understanding of biology and biological processes

 Good organizational and time management skills

 Good communication skills, oral and written

 Exhibit general computer literacy

 Works efficiently and effectively in a matrix environment

Preferred:

 Some on-site monitoring experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the role.
