We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Project Lead to join our team of over 10,000 global field employees representing our pharmaceutical and biotech clients.  

Project Lead

The Project Lead (PL) in this role will be responsible for consulting with the client to help determine the optimal patient service team recommendations, as well as, supporting and managing the build of this team.  Once the team is built, the PL will be responsible for managing patient services personnel, budges, acting as liaison with assigned customers, and overall leadership of the project.

The Project Lead reports directly to the Director, Patient Services, and the project will be supporting a major pharmaceutical company in their educational needs for a product used in HIV.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required
  • BSN and/or RN licensure with current license in good standing required
  • 5+ years of experience in HIV with a broad and deep understanding of HIV, including treatments and the patient population preferred
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral/presentation
  • Proven ability to motivate and coach others
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Professional presence in dealing with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated experience in effective financial budget management
  • National travel required
  • Advanced computer skills and data base management knowledge with experience in software application including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver’s license required
