Sales Force Eff Analyst 1

Key responsibilities:

• Review RFPs and develop proposal plan and timeline
• Prepare and respond to RFP/RFQ/RFI, setting up kick-off calls with sales team and establish timeline to complete RFPs
• Provide accurate responses to the RFPs from internal database (Qvidian) and by reaching out to the respective stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Promptly follow up with the SMEs to get responses on time
• Ensure RFPs are prepared and completed according to the RFP instructions.
• Ensure the RFPs are reviewed internally by the team and by the sales before finalizing
• Act as reviewer for RFPs completed by other members
• Update and maintain Qvidian Q&A databases as required and ensure accurate information is included in tracking reports.
• Suggest and implement strategies to improve quality of proposal response and support process.
• Ensure all SOPs and trackers are updated in a timely manner

Qualifications / Skills:

Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or other related field related field and previous experience in Proposals gained within a Technology or similar corporate environment; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in responding to RFPs
• Able to quickly understand Technology Solution Offerings and detailed product features
• Familiar with Technology Technical terms and concepts
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and 100% committed on timelines
• Strong team player
• Extremely good at Planning, Organizing and Execution
• Strong organizational, communication, written skills
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Strong Attention to details
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Expert in MS-Office: Word, Excel, PPT
• Prior experience working with RFP tools like Qvidian, PMAPS is added advantage
