We are looking for a Sales Enablement Associate who will positively impact sales productivity and outcomes by supporting our global RFP program, enhancing and maintaining sales enablement processes, assets and tools, supporting Sales Spot – our sales enablement platform (Highspot), and project managing sales enablement initiatives. We have a strong entrepreneurial culture and seek an individual who can excel in a growth-oriented, global enterprise software business. This position will report to the Global Sales Enablement Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• End-to-end ownership of Sales Enablement assets i.e. Creating, maintaining, standardizing Strategic PowerPoint presentations, Capability decks, Case studies, FAQ, etc.
• Provide regular updates to the Tech Solutions Product Catalog and alignment to Salesforce (including mapping, rationalization, etc.).
• Provide maintenance for sales enablement environments (e.g., content repositories, team mailbox, and sales enablement platform).
• Support Sales Spot, our sales enablement platform, with keeping content up-to-date, uploading/deleting assets and working with global teams on alignment of processes.
• Set up webinars and training events.
• Maintain communication distribution list and distribute communications.
• Support formatting and upkeep of Pricing Calculators, SOW templates, proposal templates, sales enablement calendars and other projects as needed.
• Provide regular reporting.
• Project manage sales enablement initiatives.
• Other projects as assigned based on business need.

Qualifications / Skills:
Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or other related field related field and previous experience in Proposals gained within a Technology or similar corporate environment; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within sales, marketing, and/or sales enablement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with deep expertise in Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint.
• Proficiency with online meeting platforms (e.g., Webex, ON24, MS Teams and Skype) and associated metrics.
• Experience working with Salesforce preferred.
• Outstanding communications, relationship building and project management skills
• Able to collaborate effectively across business functions and with different stakeholder personalities
• Experience in global roles; understand cultural sensitivities and time zones preferred.
