HR Operations Intern

IQVIA Argentina is currently recruiting for the 2020-2021 Internship Program. This is a mutually beneficial arrangement in which IQVIA provides a student with an opportunity for pre-professional employment related to their courses of study or their professional interest.
This role will be working with the local HROPS Associate Manager, but working very closing to the regional HR Leadership team across Latin America.

Job Description
o Serve as an active and participatory member of Human Resources promoting IQVIA HR Agile operational model
o Provide administrative support to Human Resources Team as needed a variety of transactional and administrative support tasks.
o Contribute to overall effectiveness of the human resource function.
o Participate in LEAN ~ KAIZEN Process Review
o Responsible for maintaining HR personnel documentation
o Position will be based remotelly until the end of the social distance period due to COVID, after that will be based at our local office in Retiro, Ciudad de Buenos Aires

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
o Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program or equivalent
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills
o Proficiency in MS Office. (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills will be highly regarded)
o Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
o Ability to work with all levels of the organization, including top level (leadership)
o You must be eligible to work in Argentina without legal sponsorship support
o You must be able to commit to a minimum period of 12 months
