Analytics Manager - Healthcare

As Analytics Manager within the Healthcare team, you´ll be responsible of: 

  • All the statistical & analytics processes related to database assets, products and services of the Healthcare business
  • Building, developing and maintaining data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support Healthcare Customers key business decisions.
  • Reporting and working closely with the business lead deploying the data and analytics strategy of the practice
  • Leading a team of two business analysts to make sure the whole team deliver on planned outcomes and deadlines
  • Mastering the information analytics lifecycle from accurate data collection, processing, modeling and analysis, combining a bird's eye view with a clear commitment to detail when necessary
  • Excels in the process of data enrichment planning and execution, preferably in distributed environments
  • Regularly uses advanced data modeling, predictive modeling and analytical techniques to generate and interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into customer related initiatives that will support business outcomes.
  • Leading successfully designs and implements quality control mechanisms to ensure robustness  
  • Recruiting, training, developing and supervising analyst-level employees.

Requirements

  • Understanding data assets depth and breadth and is consistent anticipating potential biases and information pain points
  • Being able to critically present relevant results or solve questions related to those results in an appealing and professional way, both through written reports and oral expositions
  • Holding extensive experience in data cleaning and analytics tools, such as SAS, R, Python, etc
  • Has been exposed to the logics of business intelligence solutions (ie Tableau / Qlickview / Oracle BI, etc)
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Proven experience within healthcare and/or life sciences data ecosystem
