HR Apprentice - Systems & Data Champion

IQVIA France is recruiting an Apprentice to join its Human Resources Department. Reporting directly to the French HR Operations Associate Director, the Apprentice will be teaming up with various HR team members on improving the overall HR Operation Model. Acting as HR data Subject Matter Expert (SME), the Apprentice will be expected to understand the full scope of HR data and to foster a culture qualitative data driven HR management.  

The apprentice’s main goal will be to foster a culture of data driven Human Resources Management by leading the data quality for all HR stakeholders

Such goal may require anticipating in the following activities (not limited to): 
•    Leading data quality in all HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) including but not limited to; Workday Global HR Management System, ADP Local Payroll & Time Management System, Vizier HR Analytics System, 
•    Delivering meaningful data reports & analysis to the HR team members, but also clients and partners such as line managers, the finance department or employee representative. 
•    Coaching HR team members, clients and partners in data best practices 
•    Supporting all HR processes with data such as workforce analytics, headcount planning, performance management processes  
•    Supporting HRIS transformation projects 

Based on its delivery, skills and interests, the Apprentice may gain exposure to broader HR practices areas such as HR strategic planning, generalist HR management, HR business partnering, employee experience, talent acquisition, employee & labor relations, compensation & benefit, performance management, talent & learning and people development.
