The role of the Client Services Associate is to coordinate, develop, and execute all client requests, contracts and change orders, in line with ICON/MRT Policies and procedures.

Contract/Change Order Support:

* Responsible for answering the clients requests and needs with very limited to no guidance [Coordinate and develop contracts and change orders related to clients' requests]

* Work simultaneously on numerous contracts and/or change orders.

* Interact with ICON Legal as necessary, to determine the appropriate terms and conditions to be included in the contracts and change orders.

* Interact with ICON Language Services and other ICON teams as necessary, to ensure clients' needs are met.

* Ensure all budgetary requirements, study timeframes and targets are met for assigned requests.

* Provide support to the team or cross-functional teams by assisting in the administration, archive and tracking of essential documents of assigned requests

* Develop and maintain client/project files and tracking tools.

Build Relationships:

* Develops understanding of the specific nature of key client relationships and supports the building/broadening of these relationships where appropriate

* With other ICON service areas, and third party vendors if needed.

Communication:

* Ensure clear and direct communication when corresponding (verbally or written) with the clients and project team on the status of the contract and/or change order.

Process Improvement

* Assist with training and mentoring of new staff as appropriate

* Contribute to the development and implementation of methodologies, tools, training manuals and guidelines

* As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.

Other:

* To undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Travel:

* Due to the nature of this position it may be required for the employee to travel.

* Travel (approximately 5% or less) domestic and/or international.
