PURPOSE:

The QA Associate primarily performs activities critical to the planning, hosting and managing of Regulatory Inspections and Customer Audits of IQVIA.In addition, the role Support the auditing system lifecycle programs and processes across all Global QA business units.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Regulatory inspection and customer audit planning and support:

·Supports development and maintenance of the Inspection / Audit Toolkit,

·Supports delivery of inspection and audit request for Training Records, and other QA procedures or records

·Ensures appropriate provisioning of IT equipment and access related to inspections

·Supports the planning, logistics, and communication of regulatory inspection and customer audit schedules globally.

·Manages P-Card expenses for Inspector / Auditor lunches.

·Provides support with a variety of QA needs, including, but not limited to:

oQuality Assurance reports and other deliverables, initiatives and/or process improvements

oProvides training and produces documentation where appropriate

oDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders

oAbility to manage time for key deliverables and successfully prioritize business needs.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

·Ability to utilize Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel

·Ability to utilize electronic data management software

·Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

·Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and customers.

·Positive interaction skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills

·Good problem-solving skills

·Ability to handle multiple tasks and to follow through with completion of assigned tasks with supervision

·Ability to learn scientific, medical, and regulatory terminology to gain an understanding of Quality data.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

·High School diploma and 3 years’ experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
