Senior Sales Operations Analyst

IQVIA is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Sales Operations Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will provide the Sales and Delivery organization with reliable and high-quality operational support. In addition to enhancing and supporting Sales tools, this person will work with stakeholders across the organization in order to drive operational efficiency.
Your missions and responsibilities
Take ownership of sales and project administration process (Order to cash)
Collaborate with Finance and Sales Operations Business Partners to ensure efficient sales and contracting process
Be the lead for customer contract related requests: responding timely to inquiries regarding contracting and providing appropriate documentation as necessary
Ensure that contracts are set-up and booked correct in the company’s system
Coordinate and support the team in Bangalore for Swiss related topics
Take the role as Super User for the relevant CRM/PSA tools (both on SFDC)
Provide the field teams with set-up and training on sales platforms and sales processes
Design, build and maintain sales reports and dashboards
Drive system enhancements with an emphasis on streamlining the end-to-end Sales process
Maintain Commercial Operations SharePoint including owning the governance process to ensure templates and guidelines are kept up to date
Own the Third-Party Agreement process
Manage continuous improvement initiatives, including the extension of Rapid-SOW and supporting the implementation of a new ERP system
Your Profile and Skillset
Strong sense of responsibility
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, independently and with good attention to detail
Ability to accommodate to last-minutes changes, proven flexible mindset
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities
Strong service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Knowledge of Salesforce.com (CRM) would be an advantage
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
Education and Experience
Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent educational background
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Demonstrated experience within a multi-functional team across Commercial Operations
Prior work experience in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry would be of advantage
