JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

This person must ensure and deliver a good candidate experience, has good attention to detail and keep systems and reports/trackers updated, good communication skills, is organized, responsive. The responsibilities of the Sr Internal Mobility Specialist include, but are not limited to:

ACCOUNTABILITIES: Act as a subject matter expert in achieving the assigned metrics & delivery of quality placements for internal clients and candidates.Manage the employee through the end to end process of internal transfers and manage the process with the relevant OMsDevelops clear and well-structured analytical plans for the captured data.Ability to work with the system and ensure data compliance.Introduce the identified internal staff to the internal client, arrange interviews, keep internal stakeholders up-to-date about the process and outcomes, as well as counsel and coach during this process, to be optimally informed about the process and to be able to ensure a positive outcome.Coordinate the process of transfer of internal staff and ensure all documentation is updated as per DOCS Guidelines.Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Operation Managers, DOCS Recruitment team, and Human Resource Department, to ensure the smooth transition of the internal staff.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE5+ years of experience in CRO, Agency, or Recruitment role, the clinical research industry is preferred.Necessary know-how of instruments and methods for recruitmentSome work experience and recruitment or industry expertise.Strong communicator amd stakeholder engagementHave a proactive and systematic approach with client and candidate management.Basic commercial awareness.Achieved a Bachelor Degree
