Sales Ops Manager

Location: Warsaw

About the role:

In our Poland based IQVIA Team you will identify impactful projects and process improvements across sales pipeline. You will drive and monitor progress in segmentation, sales funnel, revenue contribution and ROI per offering.  

You will ensure all data is available in our sales reporting system working with KAMs, Consultants and Technology on mapping all opportunities and their progress, tracking progress from open opportunity to closed/won. You will also work across the organization to ensure all supporting documents, data, presentations are ready and updated for important Client meetings (C-suite engagements)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating Sales Operations all tools and processes required for a smooth and efficient sales process, from recording data in the system (automation of SFDC data sources), through reporting and ensuring weekly pipeline hygiene
  • Providing insights on sales KPIs such as: no of meetings/ structure / frequency / conversion
  • Preparing presentations for C-suite Client meetings run by GM and Commercial Director engaging necessary resources in the organization
  • Working closely with the sales management to proactively suggest and introduce if needed relevant KPIs to optimize on /for revenue/margin increase
  • Using a variety of tools like Teradata, Hadoop/Hive, R, Salesforce, Excel and many others to work efficiently at scale and create the visualizations needed
  • Being a great executor able to work and communicate clear insights to top management and cross-functional teams ranging from sales to, data sources, finance and marketing and develop a feedbacks attitude

Skills, Education and Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Action-oriented team player with a keen focus to executing strategic and tactical plans on time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can effectively collaborate and build buy-in with Commercial team and other departments in the organization including Finance, Operations, Quality/Regulatory and Human Resources.
  • Demonstrates persuasive presentation skills and effective communications
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Fosters a culture of innovation
  • Continuous learner, always seeking opportunities to improve self and others
  • Must have high quality written and oral communication skills
  • Project planning skills and proven ability to meet timelines
  • Flexible—able to work effectively in a variety of environments and situations
  • Good listener and communicator, with a strong customer-first focus and ability to clearly articulate all issues of varying complexity.
  • Effectively and proactively communicates essential information with all levels, business partners and stakeholders
  • Excellent reporting and analytic skills. Adept at articulating conclusions from data, raising issues with insight into implications. Ability to recognise trends and foreshadow trends in the future.
