The Associate General Counsel, Parexel Informatics provides general legal support and advice on a broad range of global legal activities as a member of dynamic legal team and technology enabled clinical services organization. He/she provides advice and counsel for the Company’s commercial, regulatory and compliance, corporate, and labor and employment needs.

Provides strategic advice and counsel on a wide variety of legal issues including corporate, regulatory, commercial, compliance and data privacy, labor and employment, litigation management and general legal advice throughout the Company. Develop and implement HR policies, toolkits and best practices to ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations. Drafts, reviews, and provides advice and counsel regarding a variety of contracts between Company, third parties, and customers. Assist with compliance programs, including developing appropriate policies, procedures, audits and trainings. Selects, manages and evaluates local external counsel within specified budgetary limits and in line with business and legal management’s expectations. Assist with managing litigation and internal investigations. Supports internal legal team regarding corporate due diligence. Perform other work-related duties as assigned. QualificationsExperience and Education Must be able to work under tight deadlines and interact with lawyers and business teams globally. Experience providing counsel in a highly regulated environment is preferred and familiarity with healthcare technology or CRO. Will also consider experience working in pharmaceutical and/or life sciences industry Strong negotiation skills Ability to work independently, assemble client resources, meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a multi-functional, international team environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required Strong problem-solving, decision-making and risk assessment capabilities J.D. law degree and State Bar admission with extensive experience in a major law firm or major in-house legal department.
