Customer Buying Experience Intern (Summer 2021

PURPOSE: This role is ideal for current college students. This position will provide exposure to and obtain hands-on experience working with a group of global and experienced business professionals, potential customers, and other professionals within our organization.                                                                            

Customer Buying Experience Intern projects vary; your typical responsibilities and opportunities might include:

• Intern will learn process improvement initiative support activities and participate in initiatives that drive improvement to the Customer Buying Experience
• Intern will assist with efforts during the development and launch stages of applications to support the customer buying experience
• Support development and updates of training materials and communications
• Support with testing efforts related to Customer Buying Experience-sponsored applications
• Support coordination of training sessions related to new application rollout
• Participate in initiatives to support the Customer Buying Experience
• Support metrics and reporting

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program – preferably focused in Communications, Business, Marketing, or Project Management.  Master’s program preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient data entry skills/typing
• Able to self-direct
