We are excited to announce that at this time we are looking for a National Sales Director/Project Lead to join our team of over 10,000 global field representatives in several regions making over 20 million product details annually for our pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech clients. In this role you will be supporting a medical device company recognized for their innovative devices they provide to patients, physicians and healthcare organizations.

National Sales Director/Project Lead

The NSD/Project Lead will partner with the client to ensure complete alignment.  This includes delivering sales results, brand strategy, market updates, and all business needs.  Additionally, the NSD/Project Lead will ensure all contractual obligations are met, and that the client is appropriately informed of project updates.

Qualifications/Experience

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required
  • Minimum 2 years of medical device/pharmaceutical national sales management/regional sales management experience successfully overseeing a team of nation/region-wide Field Managers and sales teams required
  • 5+ years of medical device/pharmaceutical/ sales experience required
  • Proven track record of success in leading a nation-wide medical device/ pharmaceutical sales team
  • Cardiology disease state experience highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, planning and organization, problem solving and decision
    making skills, as well as technical skills
  • Coach and council Field Managers/Representatives to reinforce product knowledge, core selling message and role model best practices
  • Ability to effectively communicate directly with the customer’s Sr. Management to ensure that all customer goals and objectives are being met as planned
  • Strong business acumen and ability to clearly and concisely report detailed national sales results and data to internal Sr. Sales Management, as well as the customer
  • Ability to communicate and work cross-functionally within a team
    environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a national sales team and management towards exceeding objectives
  • Aligning performance with success
