Senior Director, Treasury Capital Markets

  • Manage relationship with IQVIA banking group and ratings agencies
  • Review and recommend changes to IQVIA capital structure
  • Manage capital markets transactions, including preparation of presentations for external stakeholders, management team and board of directors
  • Prepare quarterly covenant compliance package including tracking of baskets and ensuring compliance of all covenants
  • Prepare and manage forecasts/ annual plans for free cash flow, U.S. revolving credit facility, U.S cash balance, leverage and interest expense
  • Manage treasury reporting
  • Provide debt footnotes for 10-Q/ 10-K and review accounting of interest expense
  • Manage share repurchase activity
  • Manage cash repatriation and intercompany loans
  • Coordinate debt activity (borrowings, repayments, interest payments)

Person profile

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous experience with capital markets
  • Strong analysis/ reporting experience
  • Finance background, understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Indirect leadership skills, ability to influence at a senior level within the organization
  • Problem solving skills, ability to propose solutions to executive team
  • Ability to see bigger picture, but also has a good attention to detail
  • Highly organized and works well under pressure/ tight deadlines
